Cancellation Policy
When you make an appointment I reserve the time entirely for you. Because of this, I require 24 hours notice for cancellation of a Clinical Hypnotherapy session, and 48 hours notice for cancellation of a Past Life or LBL session. Please adhere to the notice period as it allows sufficient time to offer the appointment to someone else.
Privacy
Personal Information is stored safely and in accordance with professional body guidelines. You may view the material recorded in your file upon request. Information obtained from you during sessions or from referral documents is confidential and cannot be disclosed without your consent.
Instances in which information will be disclosed include:
- Information being subpoenaed by a court.
- Failure to disclose information would place you or another person at risk.
- Your prior approval has been obtained to provide a written report to another professional or agency, (e.g. medical practitioner, lawyer, Workers Compensation), or to discuss the material with another person (e.g. a parent or employer or other third party billing source).
Your therapist will consult with you if there is a need to discuss information about you with another person.
