Through my hypnotherapy sessions with Sarah, I was able to transform my perception of myself and my outlook on life. Before I discovered hypnotherapy I lacked self confidence and self esteem. I was not able to cope with stress easily and was quick to take a pessimistic view.
Sarah is professional, respectful and genuinely caring. Every session was completely relevant and committed to my needs. I always felt safe and relaxed, and there was a good balance between discussions and hypnosis. I always left the sessions having learned something insightful about myself as well as useful self-hypnosis techniques to cope with stress and anxiety.
The outcome of my hypnosis sessions with Sarah was above and beyond what I expected. Now when I am stressed or lack confidence, I have the ability to conduct myself in a more positive and productive way that I never imagined possible before.
I feel more in control of my emotional state and realised that when faced with stressful situations, I can make a conscious choice to be positive and confident, or to go down the old negative road. It is a very empowering feeling.
